Are you looking to create a letter with your exact wording? Maybe you have a special announcement to make? A surprise to reveal? Then why not word it within a letter from Father Christmas himself?
We understand that every child is unique, and no one knows your child better than you. Therefore, we have created this option, allowing you to write whatever you wish within your magical letter. Simply email us with what you'd like to write, along with your order number, and leave the rest to us!
We will email proof copies of all custom letters for approval before printing.
Your wording will be printed onto handmade paper, hand-finished with our official Father Christmas or Santa Claus wax stamp. Our Believe Letters are designed to have the most traditional and magical feel possible.
All our Believe letters arrive in a string-tie envelope, which allows you to have a quick peek at your mail before it is magically delivered to your children. Every attention is given to ensure that your letters are exactly as they should be, but we are only human, and errors can occur. Therefore, we ask that you look over your letters upon receiving them to ensure all is as requested.
We are also printing onto handmade paper, which has a textured effect. Due to this, the print will never be the same as if it were printed upon standard smooth paper. As with most things in life, we cannot promise perfection. Most of our design elements are carried out by hand, so there may be slight variations in each order.
Please note that we work to turn around letters within 2 -3 weeks. However, this may be more during busier periods. Also, please allow extra delivery time during this busy period of the year.
The last date to place orders for 2025 will be Monday, 24th November - subject to stock availability.
