How we are Making our Believe Letters as Personalised as Possible

Letter Proofs and Editing Service

This year, we will be introducing an additional service that gives you the chance to preview a digital proof of your child’s letter before we print, allowing you to read through, make any changes, and ensure it is as magical as possible.

 

Achievements

If you have ordered one of our Believe Letters before, you will know that we ask you about something your child has personally achieved this year. 

We understand that choosing one single thing from a complete year isn’t very easy, though, so this year, to make our letters even more magical, we will be asking for a minimum of two achievements for our individual child's Believe Letters. 

 

Your child in three words

Every child is completely unique. 

Their personality, their little ways, their passions. 

And these are things that should be celebrated. 

That’s why we’ll be asking you to share three words that you believe best describe your child, helping us create the most magical Christmas letter.

 

The Magic is in the Detail

As always, we will be asking if there is any little detail that you would like to add or change. 

This could be anything from

changing “Merry Christmas” to “Nadolig Llawen”,

inserting a special elf name, 

a mention of any furry friends,

or even letting your child know the elves have made note of a new home address.

Personalised Tagline

We have included space for a special personalised tagline, right at the top of your child's letter, so as soon as your child starts reading, they will know their letter is just for them.

We can't wait to see what little lines you all come up with!

Because it’s the reason we started

Before we started Magical Mail, we would create magical Christmas Letters for our girls, because we simply couldn’t find ones we felt were magical or authentic enough.

Our letters are not mere templates where we simply “change this one word and leave everything else the same.” Instead, we take the time to write to each child individually, just as a true Magical Letter should be.

Personalisation is at the very heart of what we do.
